We hold an Australian Energy Regulator (AER) retail authorisation, meaning we're bound by the National Energy Retail Law and must adhere to strict consumer protections, fair pricing rules, and transparent billing obligations. You're dealing with a fully licensed retailer — not a third-party aggregator operating in a grey zone.

Our VPP dispatch logic reserves a minimum state-of-charge buffer at all times. During grid events or emergencies, your battery is never drained below a threshold you set — your home loads always come first. You can configure your minimum reserve in the app at any time.

There are no exit fees and no minimum term commitments. You can leave the VPP program at any time without penalty, and your battery reverts to self-consumption mode immediately. We earn your loyalty by delivering results, not by locking you in.

Our dispatch algorithms respect the charge and discharge rates, cycle depths, and temperature thresholds specified by your battery manufacturer. We never push your battery harder than it was designed for, so your manufacturer warranty remains fully intact. This is verified for every supported battery model.
